Suzanne founded Farore Law in January 2018 and is the firm’s Managing partner. She has specialised in discrimination, equalities, whistleblowing, employment, and partnership law for over 25 years. She is a dual-qualified barrister and solicitor and was appointed a QC in 2012, now a KC.

Suzanne has an outstanding reputation in her field of practice. She is well-known for her considerable strategic, legal, academic abilities and commercial focus, as well as for her exceptional advocacy and client care. She has rare ability to run litigation and provide advocacy services in high-level cases. Suzanne is also an accredited mediator, and can accept third party-instructions for advocacy services.

Suzanne is a member of the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers (IFSEA).Suzanne currently sits on the Legal Advisory Panels for Rights of Women, the Centre for Women’s Justice and Maternity Action, and is a member of the Management Committee for One Loud Voice. Suzanne also sits on the Employment Lawyers’ Association Ethics and Pro Bono Committees, and is the ELA’s former Chair and Deputy Chair. In her time, Suzanne has been a Managing Director/GC in a finance house, and has first-hand industry experience with significant knowledge of regulatory matters. She has acted as prosecutor and defender before disciplinary panels of regulators.

Suzanne’s client base includes many high profile and high net worth business owners, senior executives, equity partners, entrepreneurs and senior people in the professional services, legal and medical fields. She acts for companies and charities in her chosen specialist fields.

Suzanne was also privileged to give evidence to the Parliamentary Women and Equalities Committee at the House of Commons about sexual harassment and NDAs in March 2018. She has particular expertise relating to cases involving Parliament.
