Farore Law is looking for a part-time fee earner (solicitor or barrister) to join our dynamic and innovative team, and to work as a Senior Associate.

The legally qualified candidate needs to have at least 5 years PQE experience in UK employment law (contentious and non-contentious.). They must have some experience of acting for and advising senior executive clients. Some knowledge of regulatory law and practice would be preferred (in particular FCA/PRA).

We are looking for someone to work 3 days a week – this can be spread over 3-5 days to aid the candidate’s need for flexibility around hours.

The fee earner would work remotely but be expected to attend the occasional in person meeting or court hearing in London.

Farore Law does not have a long hours culture, and there should be no weekend working. We are committed to diversity and providing pro bono assistance via charities we work with.

The successful candidate would be a self-starter, with excellent client care skills; highly responsive, dedicated and commercial, with very good attention to detail.

We will consider candidates who would prefer self-employment.

Salary is competitive, with 6 weeks’ holiday a year.

Farore Law is entirely digital and uses a state-of-the-art online case management system.
