Farore Law represents NBC news anchor

Farore Law is acting for the CNBC news anchor at the centre of a global news story. NBCUniversal CEO Jeff Shell was dismissed following allegations of sex discrimination and sexual harassment made by Farore Law’s client.

Although the matter was confidential given the sensitive nature of the allegations, our client’s identity was unfortunately leaked to the press following Jeff Shell’s dismissal on 23 April 2023. Our firm’s Managing Partner, Suzanne McKie KC stated to the Wall Street Journal that “[t]he investigation into Mr Shell arose from a complaint by my client of sexual harassment and sex discrimination. Given these circumstances it is very disappointing that my client’s name has been released and her privacy violated”.
