• Advised a tech start-up in navigating a complex founder dispute, including advising the Company in managing the co-founder’s exit. Farore Law assisted the Company in exiting one of the founders whilst still attracting investments in a funding round. The matter has reached the High Court where the exited founder is challenging the forfeiture of his shares. We have applied to strike out his claim in its entirety.

• Advising a former technical and design director of a multibillion pound global design and tech company in relation to historic sexual harassment claims, achieving resolution despite the time limitations.
