Achievements in Retail

• Acting for a number of senior statutory directors (including the GC, CEO and CFO) and a House of Lords Peer in relation to claims against them of discrimination and victimisation. Farore Law exceptionally secured a strike-out order after the liability judgment, on the basis that the Claimant was destroying evidence which rendered the remedies trial unfair (currently being appealed to the EAT).

• Acted for a senior director in a race discrimination claim against a telecoms corporation, which successfully settled, with mutual waiver concerned fiduciary duties.

• Acting for a former CEO of a fashion house in sex discrimination and sexual harassment claims, who is also defending claims of breach of fiduciary duty. We successfully resisted striking out of parts of her claims.

• Acting for CTO of an online global car sale business in relation to disability discrimination and victimisation. We successfully resisted the company progressing its aim of making the client redundant.
