• Acting in ongoing litigation for a senior executive against a private equity house in a high value equal pay and sex discrimination claim, where each of the carried interested agreements (LLP agreements) were governed by a number of offshore jurisdictions. Farore Law successfully obtained documents regarding pay data between our client and various comparators following an application to the Tribunal and further specific disclosure requests.

• Advising a Partner in a global Asset Management firm on a whistleblowing claim in relation to his termination following complaints made by him regarding the compliance regarding authorisations. We found a solution to the cross-border and jurisdictional issues involved in the dispute.

• Advising the CFO of an asset management house in relation to spurious allegations of professional negligence and breaches of fiduciary duty. We helped extract the CFO with no stain to their character.

• Acted against Odey Asset Management, and produced significant settlement, in a sexual harassment claim; advising others relating to possible future claims.

• Acting for a former CEO of a finance house in relation to his replacement, on the basis of nationality discrimination. The problematic issues of where and by whom he was employed, and who made the discriminatory decisions, have been overcome.
