- Acted for Ms A in a sexual harassment claim against Mike Hill MP in the London Central Employment Tribunal. In this widely reported matter, the Employment Tribunal awarded Ms A compensation in excess of £400,000.
- Acting, in ongoing litigation, for a House of Lords Peer accused of harassment and victimisation.
- Successful acting for the Appellant (instructed via Advocate) in the Employment Appeal Tribunal case of Moustache v Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation [2022] EAT 204, an important case on access to justice for litigants in persons in discrimination claims. Robin appeared against a leading employment law senior junior (now a KC).
- Lucas Nacif successfully acted for the Appellant (instructed via Advocate) in the Employment Appeal Tribunal case of Rahim v The BigWord Overseas Interpreting Limited (2023) (judgment to be published), which concerns the Employment Tribunal’s duty to properly identify a Claimant’s pleaded case before striking out a discrimination or whistleblowing claim on limitation grounds. This again is an important case on access to justice for litigants in persons. Lucas appeared against a Legal 500 ranked employment law junior.
- Advising a charity in relation to the ousting of its CEO following allegations of sexual misconduct, which resulted in preventing a legal claim against the charity.
