• Acting for an educator in an ongoing disability discrimination claim involving PVFS. The Respondents conceded that our client was disabled on the day of the Open Preliminary Hearing (on disability) after we invited them to consider the NICE Guidelines on PVFS.

• Acting for several women in Universities claiming damages in the High Court for sexual harassment and sexual assault, reaching settlements for each.
